Shipping Policy

In the current global scenario, please expect delays in shipments being delivered as most courier companies continue to face operating challenges. We work closely with shipping partners to resolve any issues at the earliest, however we are also limited in recourse to raising tickets and following up. We request your patience and understanding.

We ship most orders within 48 business hours (not including government holidays) of receiving them. In case of any delays or unplanned situations a team member will reach out to you.

Upon placement of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation to your email address. This also confirms that we have received your order. If you have not received an order confirmation, please verify that you have completed the payment process.

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an automated email that includes the tracking information.


If you’re surprising a special someone with a AMADI gift, just add the item/s to cart, proceed to checkout and ensure the recipient’s delivery address is entered at checkout (not yours!). You will, however, be required to enter your billing address, or the billing address that matches the payment method used. There’s also an option to add a gift message, so you can share the AMADI love and so the recipient knows who their surprise package is from. Happy gifting!


We try to ship packages sustainably and try to reuse packaging material that may have been provided from shipments to the company to be part of a circular economy. We continue to work and move to greener alternatives.


Orders over INR 499/- qualify for FREE shipping.  Please note that if discounts, coupons or other offers reduce the value of the order to below INR 499/-, free shipping does not apply.

Shipping rates are a flat rate as mentioned unless special coupon codes or billing value is achieved. Shipping rates once charged cannot be refunded if an order shipment has been booked as we use prepaid shipping services. However, your order may still be eligible for cancellation and a refund for the product value will be issued if eligible.

Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled.

If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out over the following business days (Monday – Fridays).

Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods, due to wild weather, or due to other courier service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond team AMADI’s reasonable control. Online orders are processed and shipped from AMBALA, HARYANA. So, we follow any Haryana state Public Holidays.


Shipping charges are based upon the value, weight, volume and destination of your order. Once your order is in the shopping cart you can select your destination country to see the shipping options available.

International shipping is not included in our free shipping offer.

Orders shipped outside of INDIA may be subjected to taxes, customs duties and other fees by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these fees. If the purchaser refuses a shipment, they are responsible for any import fees incurred, cost of returning the shipment and the original shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from the merchandise refund plus a 5% restocking fee.Team AMADI is not responsible for return of shipments or reimbursement of lost packages or damaged products. Items sent via INDIAN Post are not automatically covered for loss or damage. Are fulfilled through INDIAN Post International or International courier with an estimated shipment time of 2-3 weeks. To ensure your delivery arrives to the correct destination and on time, please ensure that someone is available to sign and collect the delivery.


All shipments may encounter delays due to high volume or bad weather that extends beyond the expected delivery time frame provided by the carrier. International shipments are subject to customs procedures leaving INDIA and arriving in the destination country which may cause further delays. While these delays are uncommon, they are a reality of shipping logistics especially with international shipping. Please be advised that tracking scans may no longer update once a shipment has left INDIA.


We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.


If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Care team on +918950942954 Monday to Saturday 11am – 5pm IST or email [email protected] if you have not received your order within 7 working days, please contact us so that we can assist you.


Exchanges cannot be made for products that have been opened or used. If you are exchanging a product due to our error, such as an incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost. To arrange this, please contact customer service with your date of product delivery, order number, and product. If you would like to exchange an unused product for a different item, please contact our customer service for authorisation and return the original product for a full refund (minus shipping cost) once approval is granted. We do not cover shipping costs for voluntary exchanges. You do not need to wait for approval before placing any new orders. Please note returns and exchanges may require up to 10 working days to process.
